The registration form for the 2024 Dispute Resolution in M&A Transactions constitutes a legally binding agreement, which obliges a person who registers to pay the stated amount. Upon sending the registration form you shall receive a confirmation email on the address provided. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us at:

The invoice will be issued immediately after receipt of the payment and sent to the email address provided by the participant in the registration form. If you require a pro-forma invoice let us know in the register form. Booking can only be guaranteed upon receipt of the payment. The organizer reserves the right to make changes in the conference program.

CANCELLATIONS AND NON-ATTENDANCE

A 80% refund of the registration fee will be given for cancellations received up to 21 days before the conference. After this term no refund will be granted. Cancellations must be made in writing. In case the originally registered participant cannot attend the 2024 Dispute Resolution in M&A Transactions Conference, a substitute delegate is allowed to participate at no additional cost.

COVID-19 INFORMATION

  1. The health and safety of our panellists and our conference guests is of top concern to us. Accordingly, the organiser reserves the right to hold the scheduled conference in hybrid form, or in a purely online format, as development of the pandemic situation warrants. 
  2. In the event that competent authorities introduce limitations or proscriptions on mass events (training sessions, conferences), the organiser shall provide for a remote format, i.e. online only or hybrid. In the latter case, participants numbering up to the then-applicable maximum will be allowed to attend in situ, and the remaining participants will be invited to join in the conference online. 
  3. The number of persons admitted, and the criteria for admission, to attendance in situ shall be in line with the then-current rules imposed by competent authorities.
  4. In the event that limitations or proscriptions of the sort referred to under item 2 are introduced, participants joining in the conference on a remote / online basis will be offered reimbursement of their participation fee at 30% of the amount remitted by them. The amount paid for the Gala Dinner will be fully refunded.
  5. Any reimbursement referred to under item 4 shall be credited to the bank account from which payment was remitted. 

The conference will be held in strict adherence to any and all public health guidelines. Participants attending at the venue must abide by any and all guidelines and instructions from the organisers, including those regarding social distancing, wearing suitable masks over their mouths and noses, disinfecting their hands, presenting valid Covid passes and negative test results upon request, and any other measures provided for by law. The organisers shall not be liable for conduct of the participants. 

INSURANCE

The organizer of the conference cannot be held liable for personal injuries or for loss and/or damage to the personal belongings of participants either during or as a result of the conference.
