Timur Bondaryev

Timur Bondaryev is an expert practitioner in supporting complex transactions, investment arbitration disputes, and antitrust investigations in Ukraine and abroad with the participation of international and national investors. He is a lawyer with an exceptional reputation and more than 20 years of experience in the Ukrainian and international markets.

Timur is a co-author of several scientific and practical commentaries on the Law of Ukraine as well as he is an author of numerous publications in various domestic and international media. Also, Timur Bondaryev is a visiting professor (Commercial Property Transactions) at Ukrainian universities: the Department of Specialized Legal Sciences at the National University Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and the Ukrainian Catholic University.
Timur Bondaryev has been a valuable member of different International Bar Association and American Bar Association committees for many years and participated as a speaker in a great variety of international professional conferences. As a result of his professionalism currently Timur is occupying the position of CIS Liaison Officer of the IBA Law Firm Management Committee.
