Richard (Rick) Lambert is President of Lucky Peak Consulting and a senior mining executive with 40+ years’ experience from permitting to closure, including open-pit development, start-ups, feasibility studies, due diligence, M&A and advisory work. Formerly President of RPA USA and COO of Roscoe Postle Associates, he sold RPA to SLR in 2019 and retired from SLR in 2023. He holds a B.S. in Mining Engineering (University of Nevada–Reno) and an MBA (Boise State), and is a PE in Wyoming, Montana, Idaho and Ontario. He has worked on 120+ properties, led reserve audits for major miners, served as independent engineer on >US$1B financings, and since 2023 focuses on expert witness work, testifying in 20+ ICSID/ICC/PCA/UNCITRAL cases; recognized by Who’s Who Legal since 2018.
