Paweł A. Tatarczak is an attorney and a member of the international dispute resolution practice of the Warsaw office of Greenberg Traurig. He is Polish-qualified advocate and arbitrator of the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration.
Paweł’s practice is centered on post-acquisition M&A and real estate disputes, resolved through international arbitration, state court litigation and negotiations in the CEE region. Paweł is also experienced in investment arbitration.
Paweł frequently appears before tribunals constituted in a multinational setting, in both common-law and continental environments, under ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, SCC, LCIA, PCC, and Swiss rules. He has actively participated in or advised clients on a number of prospective and ongoing proceedings seated or administered in Geneva, London, Moscow, Stockholm, Vienna, Vilnius, Warsaw and Washington, DC. Two of the disputes he handled were ranked in the American Lawyer’s Arbitration Scorecard as the largest in the World.
