Mayank has over 21 years of experience as a dispute resolution lawyer in India.
Over these years he has acted for and advised various Indian and foreign businesses, investors, public sector enterprises and financial institutions in variety of disputes including cross border disputes. He has considerable experience in handling shareholders’ disputes, minority and protection actions, M&A disputes, contract enforcement, insolvency and bankruptcy disputes, disputes arising out of wide variety of transactions including investment agreements, concession agreements, construction contracts and disputes relating to white collar crimes and investigations. He has extensive experience in International commercial arbitrations (in India and abroad) and construction & engineering arbitrations. He has also conducted international commercial arbitrations in Paris, London and Singapore.Mayank has been recognised as a ‘Notable Practitioner’ by asialaw Leading Lawyers 2025 rankings for Dispute Resolution. Asian Legal Business also recognised Mayank amongst Asia’s Top Litigators in 2023. He has been recognised as a ‘Litigation Star’ by Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific Guide 2025 for Commercial and Transactions.
