Jacob Enoch is a senior partner at M. Firon & Co., heading the firm’s mergers and acquisitions department and its international arbitration practice.

A vastly experienced attorney with multidisciplinary education and experience, Jacob takes pride in his capacity to examine a legal and business matter in all thoroughness, often becoming an essential member of his clients’ strategic teams.

With three decades of rich experience at the forefront of Israel’s mergers and acquisitions arena, Jacob has led some of the most significant M&A transactions in the Israeli market, valued at billions of dollars. He is extremely accomplished at planning and executing intricate mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring and investment transactions as well as in handling complex corporate finance issues. Jacob has an extraordinary expertise in advising on M&A transactions of an international nature. His clients include foreign enterprises in their Israeli dealings, as well as Israeli companies in their international transactions. Jacob’s experience includes leading transactions in North, South and Central America, Eastern and Western Europe, Asia and Africa. Furthermore, Jacob is a seasoned, top-rated litigator who has handled some of the most complex commercial disputes of the last decade in Israel. Additionally, Jacob is considered one of only a few world class international arbitration experts in Israel. He has uncommon experience in representing leading clients in varied international arbitration proceedings, including arbitrations under the auspices and rules of the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce), the LCIA (London Court of International Arbitration) and more. Moreover, he serves as an arbitrator and a mediator, both locally and internationally and serves on the panel of SIAC (Singapore Internation Arbitration Centre).

Jacob is also a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
