Eduardo Vázquez de Prada
Eduardo specialises in complex litigation and arbitration, restructuring and insolvency, corporate and M&A.
He is the author of several publications relating to arbitration, including “Price determination in the sale and purchase of a company. Arbitrio de tercero, expert determination and arbitration”, Miguel Ángel Fernández-Ballesteros. Liber Amicorum, La Ley, 2024 and “Intra-corporate arbitration”, Practical manual on arbitration, Francis Lefebvre, 2020 (co-author of both with Jesús Almoguera).
He was a member of the ICC Task Force on Court Proceedings in Antitrust Damages Actions (2018-2021).
Before joining J. Almoguera in 2018, he was an associate at CMS Albiñana & Suarez de Lezo (2014-2018), Oslwang (2010-2014) and Bird & Bird (2008-2010).
