Krzysztof Riedl
Dr. Krzysztof Riedl is a partner heading the civil and administrative procedure practice group at Łaszczuk & Partners. He is also the head of AI desk.
Krzysztof specializes in civil law, alternative dispute resolution methods, law of new technologies, and constitutional law.
He advises and represents Polish and international clients in litigation, arbitration, administrative and administrative court proceedings. His experience includes advising on disputes, i.a. from the field of contract law, aviation law, construction disputes and M&A transaction settlements.
He has acted as counsel, arbitrator, and earlier as secretary of arbitral tribunals in arbitration proceedings conducted, i.a., under the rules of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, the Court of Arbitration at the Confederation of Lewiatan, the Vienna International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) and under the UNCITRAL Rules.
Krzysztof combines corporate legal advice with academic work – as an assistant professor, he teaches civil law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He is the author of numerous publications on civil and constitutional law.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (summa cum laude), and then, at the same Faculty, he defended with distinction a PhD dissertation from the field of the civil law. He also obtained a Magister Juris degree at the University of Oxford (Brasenose College, 2023).
