Diego B. Gosis

Diego B. Gosis is a partner at the Miami office of GST LLP.  He has participated as counsel for and against sovereigns and private parties or as arbitrator or conciliator in 150+ international disputes under the rules of ICSID, UNCITRAL, the ICC, the AAA/ICDR and others in proceedings conducted in Spanish, English and Portuguese, and has acted as counsel or expert in court proceedings in several jurisdictions. He is a member of the ICC’s Latin American Arbitration Group and its World Business Institute, ICCA and a number of other arbitration institutions and initiatives.  He is an arbitrator in the roster of –or has been appointed as an arbitrator or conciliator by– the ICC, PCA, LCIA, AAA/ICDR and other arbitration institutions in Europe, Asia and the Americas, and frequently writes on matters of commercial and investment arbitration. His skills and experience in the field have been recognized in several editions of Lexology, Chambers, and Legal500.
