Diana Akikol is a partner at Walder Wyss Ltd. and the Co-Head of the firm’s Arbitration Practice Group. Drawing on close to 20 years of experience, Diana acts as counsel or arbitrator in a wide range of contractual and commercial disputes, including in particular disputes arising out of mergers & acquisitions, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, construction projects, sales of goods, commodities trading, agency, licence and distribution agreements, as well as consultancy agreements relating to a variety of projects.
Diana currently serves as ICC Court member for Switzerland and is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. Sie is also a member of the Board of the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC), and the Board of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA).
Diana is a Swiss-qualified lawyer. Her working languages are English, French and German.
