Daniel Flores is an economist and the managing director of Quadrant Economics in Washington DC. He has spent the past three decades teaching and consulting in the field of economics. He has extensive experience in regulatory analysis, valuation, and damages in several industries, including electricity, mining, oil & gas, telecommunications, and transportation. He has participated as an expert economist in litigation in England and the United States as well as in over 100 international arbitrations under AAA, DIFC, ICC, ICSID, LCIA, SIAC, SCC and UNCITRAL rules. He has master’s and doctoral degrees in economics from Boston University, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Barcelona.
