Bartosz Krużewski

Bartosz Krużewski is an advocate, a partner at the Warsaw office of Clifford Chance, the head of the litigation practice in Warsaw, and the former head of Clifford Chance dispute resolution practice in Continental Europe. He is one of the leading lawyers in Poland specializing in international arbitration, in particular arbitration proceedings based on investment treaties. He acts for clients in investment matters both on the side of the Polish state and investors. He regularly handles disputes related to construction, infrastructure, post-M&A matters and in the energy sector.
