Alicja Zielińska-Eisen, LL.M., is a Polish qualified advocate (adwokat) and Of Counsel with Queritius, a highly specialized law firm focused on international dispute resolution primarily related to Central and Eastern Europe.
She combines her legal practice with an academic career as a lecturer and served as Academic Coordinator for the IDR LL.M. at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin in Germany from 2018 until Spring 2024.
Alicja’s expertise lies in commercial matters, private international law, and international arbitration, as well as court proceedings supporting arbitration and post-arbitration matters. She serves as counsel representing clients and as an arbitrator, with a particular focus on complex commercial matters and disputes with a cross-border element.
Alicja is actively involved in various initiatives for legal professionals, including speaking engagements or mentorship programs in Warsaw, Berlin, Barcelona, Vienna, Riga, Paris, and Prague. She is a member of the Arbitration Commission of ICC Poland and serves as the ICC YAAF Representative for Europe.
