Agnieszka Zarówna
Agnieszka is an Associate at White & Case LLP in London focusing on international arbitration and public international law.
Agnieszka acts for States, companies, and private individuals in investment and commercial arbitrations, including under ICSID, SCC and UNCITRAL rules, applicable bilateral and multilateral investment treaties, and foreign investment laws. The cases she has worked on span across various sectors, most notably mining & metals, financial services and telecommunications. She has experience in representing clients in both international and domestic commercial arbitrations under various rules, and serving as a secretary and assistant to arbitral tribunals.
Agnieszka has been repeatedly recognized as Future Leader by Who’s Who Legal – Arbitration and is noted as a key lawyer in Legal500 UK 2021 – Public International Law. She holds Master in Laws degrees from Harvard Law School, l’Université de Poitiers and the University of Warsaw. She is qualified in New York and completed her bar traineeship in Poland.
