Justyna Szpara is the partner of the Law Firm. She has been with the firm since 1999.
Justyna Szpara is recommended by renowned international publications Legal 500 and Best Lawyers® in Poland in the field of litigation as well as arbitration and mediation. She was listed by Guide to the World’s Leading Experts in Commercial Arbitration as one of the leading experts in the field of arbitration in Poland.
Justyna is a member of the management board of the Polish National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce as the Vice President of ICC Poland and the President of the Arbitration Commission. She is also a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
She is listed as an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw and the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration. She is a member of the Board of the Polish Arbitration Association, and the Honorary Treasurer in the Board of the International Association of Young Lawyers. She is also a member of many other international organisations of lawyers engaged in litigation and arbitration.
She is also the author of numerous publications, in particular in the field of dispute resolution and real estate, including a co-author of volume 8 of The System of Commercial Law devoted to Commercial Arbitration as well as of the commentary to The Arbitration Rules of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce.
