Mr. Gao Jun is the Partner of Zhong Lun’s Dispute & Resolution team as well as the Co-chair of Compliance team. Meanwhile, Mr. Gao is the Arbitrator of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), the Arbitrator of Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) and the Distinguished Professor of Lawyer Institute of East China University of Political Science and Law. Before admitted by PRC Bar in 1995, he used to be a criminal judge.
Mr. Gao is a very experienced litigator. His areas of expertise are cross-border litigation, international commercial arbitration and mediation, regulatory and compliance, and crisis management. Mr. Gao was consecutively recommended in Corporate Investigation/Anti-bribery by Chambers Asia-Pacific 2019 and Chambers Asia-Pacific 2018. Besides, he was honored as the 2017 “Regulatory & Compliance Lawyer of the Year” by China Law & Practice and the 2016 “Client Choice Top 20 Lawyer” by ALB
With over two decades of legal practice experience, Mr. Gao has provided legal professional services with a number of multinational enterprises, institutions and large domestic enterprises to deal with many significant complex international litigations and arbitrations as well as compliance issues. When provides legal services with the client, Mr. Gao is good at overcall consideration not only from the legal perspective but also from the commercial point of view of the client in order to provide a whole set comprehensive legal solution with the client.
