Bartłomiej Woźniak

Bartłomiej Woźniak is a member of GESSEL’s M&A practice. He advises on complex corporate merger and acquisition processes, including LBO and MBO transactions. He works with private equity and venture capital funds as well as with strategic investors.
Before joining GESSEL, he gained professional experience at a leading international law firm. During his studies, Bartłomiej contributed to the Legal Clinic of the Warsaw University and the Property Law Clinic of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (2013); also completed a degree in finance and accountancy at the Warsaw School of Economics and courses at the Centre for American Law Studies operated by the University of Warsaw in co-operation with the University of Florida. Currently a doctoral student at the European Legal Tradition Department of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Author of publications and speaker at conferences devoted, among other topics, to harmonization of private law.
