Jason Fry KC is the global head of Clifford Chance’s International Arbitration Group. Jason re-joined Clifford Chance in September 2012, following five years as Secretary General of the ICC International Court of Arbitration (Paris) and Director of ICC Dispute Resolution Services. He is a Solicitor Advocate and King’s Counsel, England and Wales, and an avocat a la court, Paris bar. He is also an Honorary Professor at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College, London
Jason has over 30 years of experience acting as counsel and arbitrator, resolving major international disputes arising out of post M&A disputes, joint ventures, banking, infrastructure projects (including telecom, nuclear, real estate, and mining), energy (including oil & gas, renewables, and energy transmission) and aerospace. He has appeared as counsel in over 100 international arbitration cases under the rules of the ICC, LCIA, SAC, SIAC, SCC, UNCITRAL and ICSID.
