Cezary Wiśniewski
Polish qualified lawyer (radca prawny) and senior partner at the Warsaw Linklaters office. Cezary has many years of experience advising on litigation and domestic and international arbitration. He has acted as legal counsel, arbitrator or co-arbitrator in UNICTRAL, ICC, SCC and VIAC arbitration proceedings. He has acted as legal counsel for the Republic of Poland and foreign investors in BIT related international arbitrations. He has represented stock listed companies and financial institutions in court disputes, also before the Supreme Court. He has experience advising many Polish companies and public authorities on corporate work and M&A transactions.
He is the author of various publications on commercial and arbitration law. He is President of ICC Poland.
